When first enrolling in eStatements, you will need to provide detailed information for one of your accounts which includes account number, account type, login ID, and amount of last deposit.
Once you authenticate yourself to our system the first time, you will have the option to enroll other accounts that are associated with your banking relationship. Your login ID is comprised of the first 4 characters of your last name combined with the last four digits of your social security number. You will have the choice to change this ID once you are enrolled in our system. The account type represents the kind of account you are registering. Many customers have multiple checking and savings accounts tied to a combined statement. In registering your combined statement you would select "combined statement" as the account type and provide the amount of last deposit for your checking account which is set up as the lead account. If you are unsure of the account type of your statement, try enrolling using your main checking account and an account type of "checking" if you receive an error, try changing the account type to "combined statement".
