With plants in Poynette, Rib Lake and Cuba City, NMC today services the water conditioning, medical, appliance, automotive and small engine industries.

As a custom manufacturer of injection molded thermoplastic products, the company produces extremely close tolerance parts in both high and low volumes. This technology gives them the ability to manufacture one-piece ultra-fine filters – a fast growing part of their business.

Their manufacturing process, assembly and decorating techniques are well respected in their industry. NMC’s integration of management and core function has resulted in a commitment to quality control that is well above industry standards. Environmentally conscious, NMC is continually striving to reduce waste and recycle. Whenever possible, the company stamps its products with a recycling label to facilitate the reuse of the product. During the production process, any scrap material is reground and reused in NMC’s products or sold on the secondary market. With the advent of its patented unitary filter and a molded hose filter, NMC has opened the door to the recycling of these products since they are now made entirely of plastic.
